Problem
The business was relying on separate tools for sales, stock checks, and reporting. That made it hard to see inventory levels in real time or understand which items were performing well.
Solution
We shaped a combined point-of-sale and management system that could handle checkout, product records, stock movement, and summary reporting from a shared interface.
