Problem
Customers were using a desktop-oriented website or messaging channels for actions that should have been simple on mobile, such as checking status, reviewing updates, and sending new requests.
Solution
We designed a mobile app flow with a small number of high-value tasks, clear navigation, and quick access to the most common actions. The experience was organized so the app felt useful immediately instead of overloaded at launch.
